COMPETITION HAS STARTED

LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez is one of the biggest Russian refineries. It produces fuels and lubricating oils. The refinery is located within 9 kilometers of the city of Perm with the population of over 1 million people. Perm is an administrative center of the Perm Territory. Over 50% the refinery products are shipped for export.

LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez is awarded the Laureate of the Russian Government Quality Prize. The refinery products were repeatedly awarded the Laureate of the prominent All-Russian Competition “One Hundred of the Best Russian Goods”.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

This web-site represents our activities, viewpoints and further development plans.

Last year was challenging for our refinery. Demand for our products is increasing and we achieved the record yields of EURO-4 gasoline and EURO-5 diesel fuel. The refinery commenced the large-scale project – Oil Residue Processing Complex. Commissioning of this Complex will allow us to abandon manufacturing of fuel oil due to increase in conversion rate up to 98% and to produce more EURO-5 diesel fuel as well as high-demand coke grades. This project will be implemented without any additional impact on the environment.

In the preceding year we boosted our health and safety figures. Safety is our focal point at work and everywhere. Improvement of process technologies and putting into operation some environmental facilities enabled LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez to reach environmental safety level conforming to the European standards. The refinery was awarded the 1^st class laureate of the National Environmental Award “EcoWorld” for implementation of its process tube heater and treatment facility revamp programs.

In 2011 LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez was pronounced the finalist of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Award and became the first industrial enterprise in Russia to receive such high recognition from EFQM assessors.

The concept of “Corporate Social Responsibility” is not an abstract phrase for the team of Perm refiners but a conscious way of acting. Our social and charitable programs form an integral part of the corporate strategy which helps to constructively cooperate with the society. The refinery’s charitable program provides for financial support of local theaters including Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre n. a. P.I. Tchaikovsky and Perm “At the Bridge” theatre as well as sponsoring noncommercial and sports associations. In addition, LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez sponsors the Holy Trinity Temple renovation in the village of Nizhnye Mulli, Perm Region.

We will continue implementation of new projects aimed at improvement of life quality in Perm and Perm Region.
